These days, everything seems like a long time ago. My hockey pal, Jen, and I were just saying that it seems like a long time ago that we were at a home game (2 weeks). I was just thinking that Christmas seemed like a long time ago (3 weeks), and the last time I had chicken pie seemed like a long time ago (Nov. 25). That prompted me to make chicken pithivier. The best thing about savory pies is you can have a slice for lunch or dinner ready in a heartbeat.
