Nothing like a fresh batch of chocolate truffle cookies with Chocolate Shop’s Crème de Cocoa après dinner. I love the chocolate overload.
I left the dough in the fridge for longer than 30 minutes.... 4 hours to be precise. Chilling prevents cookies from spreading out too quickly once they’re in the oven. It allows the fats to cool so the cookies hold on to their texture for a flavorful and lovely chewy cookie.
