Lunar New Year

It was a good thing I was looking ahead on my calendar app. because I somehow forgot that we’re in mid-January and that the Lunar New Year is on Feb 1. With that realization, I decided to bake a Lunar New Year snack - peanut cookies. Peanuts represent longevity, and peanut cookies is the easiest Lunar New Year snack to make.


Note: Instead of using a straw to make the indentation, I used the opposite end of a chopstick.
