This past week was a busy one. On top of business travel to the Bay Area, Friday was an insanely busy work day, including a last minute visit to the doctor. On Saturday, I had a number of errands to run, including picking up my prescription. Then we lost an hour because of ‘Spring forward’. It was one of those kinds of weeks! So I decided to bake something simple - sugar cookies. I’ve never baked them, and a friend took me to a cool grocery store called Big John’s PFI, where I picked up cookie stamps. It was the perfect type of cookie to stamp.
