This weekend is supposed to get really hot - we are going from rainy to cloudy, to blazing hot and sunny. In anticipation of that, I thought I’d bake now and prepare breakfast for Friday and the weekend. I modified a biscuit recipe. Instead of blueberry jam and chewy candied ginger, I used orange marmalade and fresh blueberries.
