The proper name for these cookies is Pfeffernusse. I’m sure I’m not pronouncing it right and I definitely can’t spell it without double checking.
To end the year, I wanted to bake a cookie that’s not too sweet, and with good ingredients. I landed on Pfeffernusse which called for six different types of spices. It’s the perfect cookie to accompany your tea and/or coffee.
