Buttermilk has a notoriously short shelf-life and I hate wasting stuff, so after making crêpes with buttermilk, I moved on to make buttermilk cornbread. I don’t exactly love cornbread but I love baking stuff so I decided I’ll eat a piece and give the rest away.
