I justify this as a healthy snack because it has fruits (apricots, cranberries, and raisins), nuts (almonds, walnuts, and cashews), dark chocolate (8oz unsweetened chocolate 100% cacao, and 8oz semi-sweet chocolate 56% cacao). It’s delicious, easy, and fast to make. What more can you ask for?
