This is an aesthetically pleasing bread. It’ll also be the last thing I bake this week as I’ll be visiting a friend in Spokane tomorrow. This bread would be easy to take along with me on the trip for personal consumption, and also for my friend to sample. As with most breads, it’s easy but time consuming to prepare. I filled the bread with dark chocolate chunks but you can fill it with dried fruit, cheese, nuts, jam, even meat.
