This muddles with your head

Mini Arlettes is puff pastry based, but instead of the dough encasing the butter, the butter sheet encases the dough. It’s super confusing for awhile, and makes it much harder to manage. If you love biscuits (crunchy vs. chewy) and cinnamon, this is for you.
