This morning I did what I rarely do on a work day - make breakfast. This however was a quick and simple breakfast of cinnamon toast, using the Brioche bread I had made yesterday. I’d make this again. Or if you can’t afford ten minutes, there’s always the option of jam (preferably homemade) on brioche.
