A light afternoon snack

I had leftover buttermilk so I decided to make one of my favorite snacks - crêpe. I also have homemade apple butter and lemon curd, and strawberries marinated in balsamic vinegar and sugar - they were all perfect crêpe accompaniments. Crêpes bring back memories of my vacation in France where you can get sweet and savory crêpes pretty much anywhere.
