The best type of pancake

I love the different variations of pancakes but my favorite is the Dutch Baby because you don’t have to manage it while standing over the stove - the oven takes care of it. And every Dutch Baby turns out different - it’s a natural work of art. I was craving pancakes as my friends were talking about it for the Sunday Kraken watch party. I however refuse to pay $26 for pancakes that cost almost nothing to make, so I satisfied my craving.
