Absolutely not for dieters

Kouign Amann was another thing I had no idea existed until I watched the Great British Baking Show. It sounds pretty regal. I read somewhere “It is strictly forbidden to think about diets while you’re making Kouign Amann.” Let’s just say there’s a lot of butter and sugar which makes this caramelized pastry so delicious.
