Fruity pound cake

Blueberry pound cake isn’t something I thought I’d bake, but after reading Nik Sharma’s recipe, I was excited to try it. Blueberries and lime go very well together. The cake is light and moist, and the flavor is amazing! The recipe calls for much less butter than I was expecting, which is a plus.


Note: Instead of a cup of sugar, I used 3/4 cup. Instead of kefir, I used oat milk.
