I always think chicken and lamb when I think Rosemary. This cake is however about the Rosemary (with lemon and honey). It’s gluten-free - for those of you that can’t consume gluten. Because I made this cake after I baked the blueberry lime pound cake, I found this to be a little bland on a back-to-back taste test. On its own though it‘s a great cake, rather healthy, and easy to make.
Note: Instead of pooling the honey in the center of the cake, I drizzled honey in a zig-zag pattern starting from the top of the cake to the bottom.
