Advice from Ireland

I thought about my good friend in Ireland so I sent him pictures of this plain soda bread I just baked. He said:”That looks great. Looks legit. My mother is great at it. I grew up on a dairy farm so her bread was brilliant. You need unpasteurised milk. If direct from a farm is even better. Leave it at room temperature for a few days and then wham bam you got Irish soda bread! That’s the trick.” Advice noted! Farm to table….
