Brioche and tea

Paul Hollywood loves to have his baked goods with tea and I feel the same way. I grew up consuming tea and I still consume tea - lots of cups - every day. I had so much fun making these 12 different cranberry brioche designs. I baked these on Feb 13 2021 during one of the largest snowfalls we’ve seen in Seattle in a long time. After snowshoeing (around my neigborhood - yes we had 12 inches of snow, so I did not even need to go up a mountain), and with the snow still falling, there was nothing better than some hot tea and warm brioche with the fireplace in the background.
