If I time things right, I can get a warm loaf of bread when I’m ready to dive into one. I just need to start prep work ~2.5 hours before I want to dive into one. It’s really the 1.75 hours of proofing that drives the timing. When you get it right, it’s the best because nothing beats fresh warm bread!
