Towards the end of 2020, I woke up craving for Famous Amos chocolate chip cookies - not those already bagged sitting on the grocery store shelf, but those made fresh daily that you get at the little outlets scattered throughout Singapore, where the intoxicating scent of those cookies baking would waft towards you making them irresistible. So I searched for a recipe that would satisfy that craving - bite-sized and crunchy. I think this is it!
