I’m referring to brown butter. Butter makes most things taste great, but brown butter is a whole other level of goodness.
I’ve made wedding cookies a few times but never with brown butter. This time around I used brown butter and I’ll never make it with regular butter again. It’s fragrant, nutty, and extra delicious.
