Lunar New Year

Growing up in Singapore, the Lunar New Year is a big deal. It’s the biggest holiday celebration for many. Families would spring clean their homes, make or purchase goodies in preparation for guests, get a haircut, and purchase new clothing. This year, I decided to add peanut cookies to the pineapple tarts I made earlier. These are so simple to make it was a no-brainer.
