Baguettes always bring back memories of my vacation in France. On that trip I picked up my European delivery car and drove from Munich to France. Almost everyday at 6am, the aroma from the neighborhood bakery would waft through the streets to my room. I’d grab a mini baguette and eat it plain, for breakfast, before embarking on sightseeing for the day.
I made these late at night for breakfast the next morning. Working from home means I need easy, quick, and simple meals and this just brings back wonderful memories. Of course it must be consumed with the best of butters.
