I made a two-ingredient naan not too long ago and decided I’d try a more complicated naan recipe by no other than the bread king Paul Hollywood. I’ll say the more complicated recipe tastes better. Not that the two-ingredient naan is bad, but when you have salt, egg, sugar, coriander, butter, and garlic, it makes a difference.


I made tomato coulis and ginger chicken to accompany the naan.
