Not your grandma’s olive oil cake

My friend Barbara invited me over for tea. We have a lot in common, get along great, and laugh a lot. She has an amazing garden (which reminds me of the gardens you see in England), full of thriving trees and flowers - which puts my yard to shame.

I wasn’t sure what I was going to bring to tea until last night when I decided on an olive oil cake with a twist. This cake has the zest of two fairly large oranges, and some Grand Marnier. She loved it!
