Second time’s a charm

Yes, this is my second attempt at a tart crust in a night - because I want to get it right. The first tart crust looked way too rustic and the lemon filling would not look good in it. This time, I blind baked (with marbles as I did not have baking beads) it for longer than the 10-12 minutes the recipe called for, and also tucked the dough carefully in every nook and cranny of the tart tin. Thanks to Mary Berry, I think I found a non-chocolate dessert I can call a favorite! I find Mary Berry’s dessert recipes way too sweet but this particular recipe is awesome - it produced a robustly lemony tart full of flavor!
