Singapore hawker-style peanut pancake

Growing up, this was one of my favorite childhood snacks eaten at breakfast or as an afternoon snack. You can get this at most hawker centers in Singapore. It is good and cheap. I craved for this after seeing a friend’s Facebook post so I decided to make it. It’s another quick and easy thing I can quickly whip up when I want a snack, that also reminds me of home.
