Time for bread

The last time I baked bread was in September when I made Challah for Rosh Hashanah. It’s time for bread again.….warm bread with sea-salted butter is one of the best things in life, and it’s what I plan to have for breakfast tomorrow.


Today, I decided to have a little fun with the dough - sorta an adult play time if you will. I took a sharp razor blade and scored some patterns in the dough. I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner. It’s quite fun.
