A treat for the birds

Many of the things I bake are not fit for the cockatiels’ consumption. They are due for a treat this week so I decided to bake something they can eat too. This honey and oatmeal bread is a great choice, and when I saw that no kneading was required, I was sold. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this bread turned out great. It’s soft and tasty, good on its own, or with roasted garlic herb butter.
