I made spinach Fatayer some time ago but did not quite like how the dough turned out. I was excited to try this Sfeeha recipe because it called for regular flour instead of bread flour, eggs, lots of olive oil, and milk powder which I substituted with yogurt. The dough turned out nice and soft. I’d make this again. I chose beef filling.
