My colleague Peter shared this recipe with me a couple of weeks ago so credit goes to him for passing this along. I’ve made a lot of dinner rolls and though they’ve tasted good, I think this one tops the rest. It is very soft and fluffy and the tangzhong absolutely made a difference.
