I bought Brie the other day on a whim because it’s always good to have something versatile in the fridge. Today I felt like having Brie. Instead of wrapping it in puff or phyllo pastry and baking it like I did in the past, I decided to keep it simple. I drizzled honey on the Brie, then baked it for about 15 minutes. Once baked, I topped it with fig and candied walnuts. I did not have store-bought crackers at home, so I decided to bake some. I found a really simple recipe and I love how it turned out.
