It’s nice and convenient to have bread that’s ready to eat - no butter, jam, or topping required. You get that by adding the toppings you want in your bread, into the dough before baking. For this loaf, I added the walnuts before the first proofing, and then the Roquefort before the second proofing. This is an easy loaf to prepare, and very tasty!
