Layers of crispy and flaky pastry looks tempting and tastes amazing. I made the puff pastry over a few days, baked the Vol-Au-Vent today, and filled them with mushrooms for a simple dinner. You can fill them with savory fillings of fish and meat, or sweet fillings for dessert.
