Calls for something baked with peaches. A friend sent me this recipe while I was at SeaTac airport, on my way to Scotland. I saved it and decided it was time to try this recipe. This was an easy bake. The crust was crispy and not overly buttery. The spices added a nice flavor.
Note: Instead of a pie, I saved half the dough and made two galettes. For two galettes, I used 6 large peaches in total instead of 5. I added 1/8 nutmeg.
