Leftover egg whites

I‘m not a fan of leftovers lying around in my fridge so when I had leftover egg whites from the cranberry-lime tart I made, I decided to make fudgy meringue chocolate chip cookies. It’s simple to prepare, quick to bake, and deliciously rich.


Note: I reduced the sugar by 1/4 cup and it was still very sweet.
