Molasses, cornmeal, and bread

Molasses lend a touch of sweetness without being overpowering, and it also contains more vitamins and minerals than other sugars. Since I haven’t baked bread in awhile, I decided today was bread day, with a twist - cornmeal and molasses. It turned out great. Molasses provided a nice fragrance, cornmeal provided texture, and the bread was eaten fresh and hot out of the oven. It was soft, fluffy, and amazing with sea salted extra creamy butter! Try it sometime.
