Some days I can’t find nice lemons in the store. But last Friday, they were back in the store and they look nice and plump, so I bought two bags of lemons. There’s only so much lemon juice one can drink so I decided to make a lemon tart. I hadn’t blind-baked a tart crust in awhile. It’s a little bit of a hassle, but this zesty tangy tart is worth the effort.
