There’s so much you can do with bananas. Instead of banana foster, this time I’ve decided on the good old banana cake with walnuts. I have my own method for making a delicious banana cake:
Ensure the bananas are as ripe as they can be - just before going bad, but not bad - they should still be yellow! This ensures they are at its sweetest.
I extract the juice from the bananas by heating them over the stove, and boiling it down to create a reduction, for the best flavor.
