When a friend gives you Gouda

When you have Gouda, you bake something with it. Jean gave me a huge block of Gouda cheese so I decided to bake mini bread rolls filled with Gouda and chopped walnuts. It turned out delicious. Another simple recipe, just lots of waiting.
