When life gives you lemons

You make lemon curd! I had lemons and I had egg yolks so it was only natural to make lemon curd. Not only is it easy to make, it’s so versatile. Consume lemon curd with your toast, buns, pastries, pancakes, crepes, and more.


Note: I used the zest of all my lemons because I love a strong and tangy lemon curd.
