This extra virgin olive oil cake is so easy to make that I won’t be ordering it for dessert the next time we can all eat out again. My philosophy on ordering at restaurants is to order what I can’t make or what’s just too troublesome to prepare. Try baking this light and luscious cake that is moist, with a tender crumb.
