A healthier Pommes Anna

The last time I baked this it was gone in a flash. I decided to bake it again. Instead of butter, I used olive oil, salt, and added pepper and rosemary to the Yukon Gold potato slices. It’s just as delicious! And much healthier.


I also thought I should do a better job of arranging the potatoes - does this remind you of the Chanel Camellia flower motif?
