A mini reunion

Yesterday I was back in Kirkland at Nick’s home where he hosted former co-workers for a summer get-together. I had not seen some of them since we worked from home in March 2020. It was really nice to see them and to laugh so much and so hard! As usual, I brought dessert. This time around I baked a caramelized honey Earl Gray pound cake.
