A nod to Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving wasn’t something I celebrated growing up in Singapore. I also happen to not like turkey, turkey stuffing, and pumpkin pie. Since it’s a holiday centered around family getting together, not having family here means it tends to be a quiet holiday for me, unless a group of friends decide to get together.

The 2020 Thanksgiving meal was eaten at home and consisted of lobster tails, black cod, clams, and breaded chicken - my kind of Thanksgiving meal! The only nod I gave to Thanksgiving was a Nantucket Cranberry Tart. It was a delicious tart served with sugared cranberries.
