Autumn is in the air

Temperatures started dropping this week. The sun was less visible, the sky was more gray, and the days are getting shorter. I wanted soft, warm, herby bread that I could munch on for lunch, and I found the perfect recipe. The dough was a little challenging to handle because it was soft and sticky, but the result is a fluffy loaf that is delicious.
