Baking my own dessert

Since COVID hit, I‘ve scaled back significantly on dining out. When I used to dine out, I’d almost always order dessert. Today I made dinner at home and I was craving a chocolate dessert so I baked this flourless basil chocolate cake. It’s light and rich in flavor. The best part of this cake is its flexibility - I’m looking forward to having this with some fresh whipped cream, some fresh berries, strawberry coulis, and the blackberry sorbet that’s in my freezer.
