Chocolate cravings

I got back from Oahu last night. During my trip, I ate a lot of good food and snacks - from sushi, okonomiyaki, ramen, dim sum, and escargot; to mochi candy, malasadas, cocoa puffs, and delicate peach, persimmon, and matcha bean Japanese confectionary. I came across lots of cakes, pastries, and cookies at Liliha Bakery but resisted. I left Oahu with a happy belly except for a chocolate craving. After all I’ve consumed, I wanted something light. This dark chocolate orange olive oil cake with Grand Marnier hits the sweet spot. It’s a soft and fluffy cake that’s perfect with a nice cup of tea.
