After making meringue, I had leftover egg yolks begging to be consumed. Crème brûlée is one of the easiest and quickest desserts to make, that requires plenty of egg yolks.
Traditional crème brûlée is alright. To make it amazing, I decided to take it up a notch - a chocolate version with espresso granules and coffee liqueur. I think it’s going to be amazing. They are firming up in the fridge right now...I can’t wait to try it.
