Easter

Chocolate eggs are a thing at Easter. To me, the adult version of chocolate eggs is a rich chocolate fondant tart. It’s what I baked for dessert on Easter Day. I served it with icing sugar, whipped cream, and a trio of berries. You could also make a raspberry coulis but I did not have raspberries on hand.


Since this dessert involves blind baking, I brought out my marbles. Aren’t these marbles pretty?
